I go very often for daily shopping, limited on products given the size of the place but all of good quality. Equipped with butcher and delicatessen. On the staff, greater customer care wouldn't be bad at all.
Not very professional. Several times it happened to me that I went to the checkout and the cashier discussed matters with his colleague, such as when to go to the house, the products, etc... (I don't understand everything because they speak in very strict dialect). Having a real customer waiting, they never have the slightest concern, at least, to speed up the discussions, to postpone them until later, to cut them short, etc... They linger as if nothing had happened. The typical toxic, secretive "machismo" that doesn't stand at attention when there is a customer (who, by the way, courtesy aside, is their bread).
I'll give you a tip on how it works in a civilized world: the customer often doesn't tell you anything out of politeness and to avoid arguing, but, in the end, he feels bad, doesn't want to waste time, and will tend not to come to you anymore. If he can, he goes elsewhere. As a result, your turnover is reduced every day and you also ruin your reputation.
I have been a loyal customer of the Via de Amicis store since it opened. I found the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff and excellent quality products. For some time now I have noticed a bit of neglect, with shelves often empty and products missing for some time. Why?
What's the point of neglecting a store that's doing well in a neighborhood where there's so much competition?
Assortment and kindness
Well stocked, there is everything, even if the prices are sometimes high. The cashier is courteous and, among other things, keeps the conveyor belt clean when some customer inadvertently soils it with the goods purchased.
Excellent quality of the products on sale, small but there are also very particular products.
I have been frequenting this shop for a long time, exclusively in the home and personal area. I find many products divided into categories of use. There is a wide choice of brands and fragrances. Household cleaning items, paper plates and cups, baking trays, baby diapers and much, much more. The welcome, courtesy and availability of the employee Salvo make you want to come back.👏
